The color combo is rather unusual isn't it? Nice angle - I like the spires reaching into the sky!
Beverly Andrighetti: Yes, I found the architecture to be very interesting, Elizabeth.
Great angle
Beverly Andrighetti: Thank you, Chantal.

Fascinating Bev: I wonder what sorts of exhibits are inside?
Beverly Andrighetti: We didn't have the opportunity to see the exhibits, Chris, but here is a link that should give you some idea of what is on display.

I wonder where they copied that style from? Googled it and I see that it was formerly an hotel and that it features mainly Victoriana.
Beverly Andrighetti: Yes, a very interesting style, indeed.
I do like those most unusual shaped little towers, which is no doubt why you took the picture in the first place Beverly.
Beverly Andrighetti: Yes, I did find this type of architecture very appealing, Brian.
Quite a fascinating line-up Beverly!
Beverly Andrighetti: It certainly caught my eye, Richard.

This is a beautiful image of a wonderful building Bev... but it just doesn't remind me of Florida....petersmile
Beverly Andrighetti: I found St. Augustine had a different look, Peter, compared to other cities in Florida.
Now I REALLY want to go back there, Beverly...where my daughter graduated from Flagler College. I never really visited it properly while she was there...something I've always regretted.
Beverly Andrighetti: It is a place I wouldn't mind seeing again, Ginnie. These visits are always so rushed. Having attended Flagler College, your daughter probably knows it inside out.

This looks very un-American, more like something out of eastern Europe.
Beverly Andrighetti: Yes, Louis, I was surprised at how different St. Augustine was from other cities in Florida.
