Busy busy busy! Time Square has a pulse all it's own! Shown well with the mass of humanity here!
Beverly Andrighetti: Thank you, Elizabeth. Yes, Times Square certainly reflects the vibrancy of NYC.

The woman looking at her watch is thinking how much longer...
Beverly Andrighetti: A lady in a rush, Chris; things to do, places to go...hurry, hurry.

A little bit of everything in that one famous spot on earth, Beverly! Planet Hollywood fits in perfectly.... smile
Beverly Andrighetti: A real feast for the eyes, Ginnie. I believe our Planet Hollywood closed its doors a while back due to lack of business.
love the colourful look
Beverly Andrighetti: It's a very colourful place, Chantal.
A red light > is the only thing that seems to stop the action on the streets. So colourful too.
Beverly Andrighetti: Even in all the rush, Jacquelyn, they seemed to obey the traffic rules; something we don't see here in Montreal.
The American Eagle sign sums it up,Beverley.
Beverly Andrighetti: It certainly does, Frank.

One of my favorite places! Hope you are there to enjoy the big New Year celebrations. They have refurbished the ball again this year.
Beverly Andrighetti: Unfortunately, we couldn't make it this year, Mary. This shot is from a few years back.

I think I would be overcome in a crowd like that, Beverly
Beverly Andrighetti: Yes, Times Square does attract a crowd, Lisl; tourists and natives alike.
They do obey the lights, don't they. Don't like New York - too crowded, very grimy in places, dangerous at times - I had an elderly colleague who was mugged twice in one day in New York!
Beverly Andrighetti: Sorry to hear that, Tom. Luckily, my experiences in New York were of the good variety and I always look forward to my visits there.

Many American icons come here together- and the whole mankind seems to gather here - a fascinating photo of our modern western life style.
Looks like the start to the New York Marathon!
Quite a busy crossroads Beverly! I love the colours.
