Ha! That's awesome! Good spotting Beverly!
Beverly Andrighetti: Yes, I think it would be hard to miss seeing something so out of place, Elizabeth. Many thanks.

Hehehe - that palm tree is a bit out of place!
Beverly Andrighetti: I would have to agree, Chris. This homeowner has two of these plastic palms permanently planted on each side of the house.
very good composition beverly
Beverly Andrighetti: Thank you, Chantal. I would have liked to have gotten a shot which shows the identical plastic palm on the other side of the house.
Palm tree and snow, that's a new one.
Beverly Andrighetti: It's the only home where I've seen plastic palms planted on the front lawn, Brian.
Snow and palm trees... it is different Bev... but worth wishful thinking....petersmile
Beverly Andrighetti: These plastic palms are permanent, Peter, and can be seen in all types of weather but they look strangest when there is snow on the ground.

Well I never.
Beverly Andrighetti: Yes, and they had the audacity to plant two of these plastic eyesores, Chad; one on each side of the house. They seem to be a permanent part of the landscape.
Perfect title. ... ... I saw these lit with white lights down a lane to a redone country house spa once... HA... and the spa went out of business.
Beverly Andrighetti: This is the only private residence where I've seen plastic palms erected as part of the landscape, Jacquelyn.
That palm tree has a distinctly plastic look to it. The house is an unusual design
Beverly Andrighetti: There are two identical plastic palms on each side of the house, Bill. This design of newly constructed monster homes is quite typical of the area; the majority which sit on lots the size of postage stamps.
Excellent capture Beverly, very amusing. smile
Beverly Andrighetti: Thank you, Sally. I've seen these plastic palms during all four seasons but I find that they are at their most ludicrous when there is snow on the ground.

Don't quite know what to make of this one, Beverly
Beverly Andrighetti: Strange, isn't it? There is an identical plastic palm on the other side of the house.
He, he! Love the title!
Beverly Andrighetti: Glad it pleases you, Tom. Thank you.
