nice composition. the signboard certainly catches attention
Beverly Andrighetti: There should be no excuse for anyone claiming they did not see it, Ayush.
Good they put up the instructions...
Beverly Andrighetti: I think even if a passerby didn't know the language, Elizabeth, they would still get the idea of what is happening here.

Looks like a war is going on in there!
Beverly Andrighetti: It certainly appears that way, Chris. Seems like everywhere you look in the metropolitan area there is either some demolition or construction in progress.
very good every day street shot
Beverly Andrighetti: Much appreciated, Chantal.

12 short blasts on the horn and you 30 seconds to run. If, after the explosion you can hear the long horn blast - the explosion may have missed you. I wonder if the cyclist read it smile
Beverly Andrighetti: I suspect this is his regular route, Louis, and not having experienced what is advertised, just pedals his way past the site without worry.

Superb composition Beverly, the focus looks a little dodgy though.
Beverly Andrighetti: Shot while speeding past the danger zone in our car, Chad.

So is French the predominant language in Montreal? I'm not coming if it is smile I hope the cyclist has take note of the sign or else he could become very wobbly at the wrong time.
Beverly Andrighetti: Please come, Alan. Yes, it's true that French is the predominant and official language in Montreal, but English is spoken everywhere. Being a cosmopolitan city, attracting people from all over the globe, you will find many languages are spoken amongst the population.
Good to see all the instructions for a would-be bomber.
Beverly Andrighetti: A scary thought, Brian.
Is there anything left of old Montreal - even when I was there about 25 years ago it seemed to be high-rise everywhere!
Beverly Andrighetti: Old Montreal is still very much intact, Tom. High rise buildings seem to be relegated to the downtown area, and only then can they reach a maximum height of 233m (764 ft.) above mean sea level. Municipal regulations forbid exceeding the height of Mount Royal.
