Seeing the bombardment that parts of London had during World War II, it is amazing that even this section survives.

I agree with Chris - it is amazing that it is still standing in a place like London - I would have thought it would have been demolished centuries ago
The building behind is really out of place against this wall. I suspect it is more than the local authority would ever dare do to knock that wall down.
What a sight against the newer buildings!

Its great that its been preserved, a good find Beverley, I never knew they ( the Romans) had built a wall there.
